Phase 2: Detailed Interior

    • Cabinets & Drawers: Vacuuming and hand-wiping the interior and exterior of all cabinets to remove sawdust.
    • Appliance Detailing: Deep cleaning the inside/outside of ovens, fridges, and microwaves; removing all construction dust.
    • Countertops: Polishing stone or laminate surfaces and scrubbing sinks/faucets.
  • Bathrooms
    • Sanitization: Scrubbing toilets, tubs, and showers to remove drywall mud or grout haze.
    • Mirror & Glass: Polishing all reflective surfaces and shower doors.
    • Cabinetry: Wiping out the insides of vanities and medicine cabinets.
  • General Living/Working Areas
    • Walls: Dry-dusting or damp-wiping walls (carefully) to remove fine white dust.
    • Vents & Grates: dusting and wiping to remove construction dust.

    • Woodwork & Trim: Detailed wiping of baseboards, door frames, windowsills, and fireplace mantels.

  • Glass & Windows: Professional cleaning of interior glass, window tracks, and frames.
  • Floor Care: * Hard Floors: Sweeping, mopping.
  • Carpets: Final deep vacuuming to remove trapped particles.
